🧾 How Does the Process Work?

βœ… Step 1 – Place Your Order

Choose how many cards you’d like to have graded and place your order.

βœ… Step 2 – Complete Payment & Grading Form

Fill in the grading form carefully and complete the payment.
• Double-check your details to ensure a smooth grading process.

βœ… Step 3 – Shipping Label & Tracking

Purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier.
• Email us the tracking number together with your completed grading form.
πŸ’‘ Tip: Arrange your cards in the same order as listed on the grading form to make the process faster.

βœ… Step 4 – Packaging Your Cards

Place each card in a soft sleeve, then into a Card Saver.
If you don’t have Card Savers, toploaders are accepted. Please keep in mind that cards inside a toploader may shift during transit. If you seal or tape the top of the toploader, please ensure it can be removed easily to avoid delays during the grading process. We recommend using a removable tab or folded tape for safe and quick card access.

Bundle your cards securely between cardboard or bubble wrap.
• Use a sturdy box and fill any empty space with bubble wrap or paper.
⚠️ Note: Shipping is always the sender’s responsibility — we recommend adding insurance!

What do we look for during grading?

We assess the following key aspects of each card:

  • Surface

  • Centering

  • Edges

  • Corners

These factors are inspected using professional tools, including a centering meter, UV lighting, and a microscope.

πŸ† The Final Grade

The final grade is determined by four subgrades.
Rule: The overall grade can never be more than one point higher than the lowest subgrade.
(Example: if corners receive a 5, the final grade cannot exceed a 6.)

Once all aspects have been reviewed:
βœ… The final grade is assigned
βœ… A custom label is printed
βœ… The card and label are sealed with an ultrasonic sealing machine, ensuring long-term protection

βœ… Each graded card receives its own database report, where you can view detailed card information, grading results, and high-quality photos of the card.

πŸ“Έ Significant damage may be photographed (only when relevant), this way, you’ll always understand your card’s final grade.
