Return Policy

At Gradingpoint, we value customer satisfaction. Below are the main conditions for cancellations and returns.

Withdrawal Period

For webshop products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

For grading services, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day the agreement is concluded.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product should be returned in its original condition, as far as reasonably possible.

  • You may handle the product only as necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.

  • If the product is used or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reduction in value may apply.

Grading Services

If grading has already started when a withdrawal request is made, Gradingpoint may charge for costs already incurred, including administration, assessment and grading of the Collectible.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law provides otherwise.

Confirmation of Withdrawal

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send a written confirmation via email.

Return Procedure

To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, email info@gradingpoint.com within the applicable withdrawal period with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Date of receipt

  • A brief description of the product

We will then provide any necessary return instructions.

Please do not send a product back to Gradingpoint without first registering the return with us.
