1.  What packaging guidelines should I follow when sending my cards?

Place the card in a sleeve, then into a Card Saver or alternatively a Toploader. Sandwich the cards between two pieces of cardboard and wrap them in bubble wrap. Make sure to fill the box so nothing can move during shipping. Read the full instructions 

2.  Can i return my order?

When purchasing a product from us, you have the right to a 14-day reflection period, during which you may withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. This right applies only to products that are unused and undamaged.

For our Grading Service,  once the grading process has been started, the service can no longer be cancelled, revoked, or refunded.

3. How much does it cost to get my trading cards graded?

Prices vary per package, ranging from €17,00 for bulk packages to €27.00 for fast service

5. How can I track the progress of my cards, and how long will the process take?

As long as you have not received any communication from us regarding delays, you can assume that the estimated turnaround time remains accurate.

Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email and through our community group chat.

In addition, every Monday we post an update in our group chat indicating which submission weeks are currently being prepared for return shipment to customers. This allows you to stay informed about the overall progress of the grading process.

Are my cards insured while in your possession?

The shipment of cards to our facility remains the responsibility of the sender. Once your cards have been received and checked into our system, they are fully insured based on their raw market value.

Coverage is provided up to €500 per card and remains in effect throughout the grading process until your cards have been safely returned to you and received in the same condition in which they were submitted.

If you require coverage above €500 per card, please contact us before submitting your order to discuss additional insurance options.

Can I update or change the address on a current order?

Can I submit items in languages other than English for grading?
